These Terms govern merchant use of the Aitern Shopify app and related services. By installing or using Aitern, you agree to these Terms.
Service
Aitern provides Shopify workflow tools that help merchants queue, execute, review, and audit operational tasks. The initial workflow is product image compression and media review.
Merchant responsibilities
- You are responsible for selecting products and workflows you want Aitern to run.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in your business.
- You must have authority to install apps and modify the connected Shopify store.
App changes
Aitern may add, remove, or modify features over time. We aim to preserve workflow history and review context for completed tasks, but app behavior may change as Shopify APIs and Aitern workflows evolve.
Availability
We work to keep Aitern reliable, but the service depends on Shopify and supporting infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aitern is provided without warranties of any kind, and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.
